By accessing our website, placing an order, or enrolling in a wine club, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Age Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, receive, or consume alcoholic beverages through Côte of Paint.
By placing an order, you confirm that you and the intended recipient are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify your age and refuse or cancel any order that does not meet legal requirements.
All wine shipments require an adult signature from an individual 21 years of age or older upon delivery. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be delivered to minors or left unattended.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel orders when necessary.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you regarding available alternatives or an appropriate refund.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Côte of Paint ships wine only to destinations where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted and where we are authorized to ship.
Shipping availability and costs vary depending on the destination, order size, and applicable regulations.
Please note:
Someone at least 21 years old must be present to sign for the delivery.
Wine cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We may temporarily hold wine shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold to help protect wine quality.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unavailable adult recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Shipments
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable regulations, wine purchases are generally considered final once shipped, except where otherwise required by law.
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs, order information, or other details to help resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
We reserve the right to evaluate requests individually, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Wine Club Memberships
Côte of Paint offers wine club memberships, including Base Cote 6 and Base Cote 12.
Wine club memberships provide access to selected wine releases and membership benefits, which may include discounts, shipping offers, exclusive merchandise, events, or other perks.
Membership benefits and availability may vary by club level.
Club Shipments
Our traditional wine clubs are generally scheduled for two releases per year, in the spring and fall.
By joining a wine club, you authorize Côte of Paint to process charges for your scheduled club releases, including applicable wine costs, taxes, and shipping fees.
The quantity of wine, pricing, and applicable benefits are determined by your selected club membership and the terms presented at enrollment.
Payment Information
Members are responsible for maintaining current billing, payment, and shipping information.
If a payment cannot be processed, we may contact you to update your information before fulfilling your shipment.
Membership Changes and Cancellation
Members may request updates to their membership, shipping information, or cancellation by contacting Côte of Paint.
Requests affecting an upcoming shipment must be received before the applicable processing deadline. Orders already processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Any minimum purchase commitments, cancellation requirements, or additional conditions will be disclosed as part of the applicable membership terms before enrollment.
Membership Benefits
Club discounts and perks are intended for active members and are subject to the terms of the selected membership.
Benefits may be updated or discontinued, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at enrollment.
7. Online Accounts and Payment Processing
Our online store, customer accounts, and wine club services are powered by Commerce7.
When purchasing wine or enrolling in a membership, you may be asked to create an account or provide information necessary to complete your transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Côte of Paint does not directly store complete payment card information on its website.
8. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, Côte of Paint may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, shipping incentives, or special offers.
